Haven’t posted in awhile. This is mainly because there hasn’t been much to report. I have been running enough to stay in some semblance of shape but otherwise just taking it easy.
Managed to get in 56 last week and 60 this week so building a little bit of momentum. I have 2 weeks off before starting a new job in early September so should be able to get in some miles.
Will probably get more serious in mid to late September and begin preparing for indoor.
