Who did I miss?
Hasay?
David Rudisha was the first that came to mind
I would say Bekele but I'm still holding out hope that he can leave his mark on the marathon in the next year to cap off his career
Said Aouita, Nordine Morcelli, Hicham El G, Jim Ryun, Gerry Lindgren, Steve Scott, Seb Coe???
Athing Mu and Sydney Mclaughin-Levrone

No American bias here.
A little harsh on Drew Hunter. He's only 25. He's more in the category of someone who has not (yet) lived up to their HS career. He may come back and have a solid PRO career. Or might not. But he is far from the same story as some of the others - whose careers are on the decline and are at the age which makes it highly unlikely (though not impossible) that they will come back.

Mead is officially retired, not just effectively so.
Molly Huddle

1. KIPRUTO, Amos (KEN) - 2:04:39
2. GEBRESILASE, Leul (ETH) - 2:05:12
3. ABDI, Bashir (BEL) - 2:05:19
4. ATANAW, Kinde (ETH) - 2:05:27
5. BEKELE, Kenenisa (ETH) - 2:05:53
That is last year's London result. If Bekele weren't a former world record holder, we'd say he's still putting in elite performances.

Assuming Robby Andrews is beyond this list. Although he loves to make himself present in photos of current runners. LOL. Time to get a life....
Robby AND Jose Andrews. DONE
