I wake up every morning softer than a Twinkie. Besides that, I guess my libido is alright, decent urges here and there and I enjoy the occasional adult film, though I’m a #virgin. I eat a balanced diet, no junk food and limited processed food (granola bars etc). Meat, veggies, eggs rice, fruit make up most of my daily intake. I’ve had problems with under-fueling in the past but have corrected since. I run 60-70mpw year round with some down time for injuries. That includes workouts, like 12x400, the occasional tempo, fartlek etc. Some lifting here and there. Blood tests have always come back normal, though I’ve never tested for T. Worth noting I get fairly depressed sometimes. Any advice?
