What would you estimate a carbon supershoe takes off compared to lightweight shoes in a half, in non-elite paces like 6:00?

This year I stopped racing in Vaporflys and have been racing in a traditional racing flat (no carbon plate/ rods/ etc...). just a lightweight trainer.
I have come close to my 5k/ 10k best. (20 seconds slower on the 10k (5:20 pace) and a little more on the 5k but was having a bad race)...I am also not as in good shape compared to when I set my personal bests last year. I had a major problem this winter that prevented me from training like I used to.
I believe with a few more months of training, I will be beat my old bests set with the Vaporflys.
For the half, you're probably looking at 30-40 seconds?
Curious to know what others think!
nike say they improve running economy by 4% and the general consensus seems to be 2-4%. but this is not to be confused with time saved, it is just running economy. so it depends how much being ~3% more efficient translates into your time.
Roughly a minute.
But that's purely anecdotal.
I'd be interested to see a large scale study that compares race-specific performances, rather than just "running economy" - which doesn't seem quite as tangible as a percentage of overall time .
