The 2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships & USATF U20 Championships will be broadcast live from Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon, Thursday through Sunday, July 6-9 via a mix of USATF.TV and CNBC. See schedule below for broad...
I haven't seen an official thread so I wanted to get one started as the multi events have kicked off. I've tried to include all relevant links. Here's hoping for a great Championship.
A minor upset in the 100h for the women's heptathlon with Anna Hall running the second fastest time in 13.08 to Taliyah Brooks' 12.98. Hall's 100h PR is 12.75.
Its not a big deal. Hall will have no competition for the overall and already has the WCS.

True, but nice to see Brooks (the athlete who went down hard in the heat during '21 Trials) running well. About 84 here right now so a walk in the park compared to '21. Anyone know what became of her lawsuit regarding that day?
Kyle Garland seems to be having a slow start to the meet. 10.72 100m and 7.21m LJ. Wonder if he peaked too early this year. But someone would need to have a big meet to hit the world qualifier and I'm not sure of the world rankings rules so he might be safe even if he has a bad meet.
Is the only way to watch today USATF TV behind the paywall?
I believe the answer, sadly, is yes.
It's dumb.
We are all accustomed to split broadcast rights and know that we can't get all track events through one subscription, but split broadcast rights IN ONE EVENT is a step too far in my opinion. We should be able to watch today's events through Peacock/NBC.

And by 'ONE EVENT' I mean the USA Track and Field Championships. I should have said 'In One Meet' or something like that.
Fully agree. Having to split between two services for the same day/event is ridiculous. Also having to stream USATF Tv on a phone or laptop instead of hust putting it on the TV like a normal broadcast is frustrating. Most folks that would watch can’t figure that out/ don’t want to watch that way.
