My Pace 2 dies the instant it’s unplugged even though the battery shows at 100%, and because it’s 3 months over warranty at 2 years and 3 months, all they do is to point me to a “repair and replacement” program (below) that has no repair anywhere, just a $40 credit for a $200 watch provided you purchase a new one.
I also found that I’m not the only one with this problem happening around the two year mark. Seems too convenient and scammy of Coros to sell watches that last just longer than the warranty period with no battery replacement recourse.
