I recently got a pair of Brooks Ghosts 15 for free and have started incorporating them into my running.
However, once I go above the 10 mile range and/or on a very hilly route, I notice a "strained" feeling on the bottom of the my left foot next day. At first I thought it was plantar fasciitis but it's definitely not. It goes away in a day or two, doesn't hurt while walking or running, just when pressure is applied.
I can do the same run in a pair of crappy asics cumulus and not feel anything the next day.
Is it just growing pains getting used to the Brooks Ghosts? Or are they know to cause these types of issues? I really love the feel of running in the Ghosts and would hate to give them up.
