I'm looking for shoes with a stability last that are easy on the arches while allowing some breathing room on the tops and sides of the feet.

What is stability?
What is "easy on the arches"?
For example, shoes like the Asics Kayano, Brooks Adrenaline, and Saucony Guide are stability shoes. Rigid arches means you can't wear shoes that are too rigid because they create significant discomfort. I prefer shoes such as Brooks Glycerin GTS that still provide stability but are softer. I'm looking for shoes similar to that one.
I have average arch but pronate so I was always advised to get stability shoe. I found on my own that cushioning is more important than stability and helped to reduce my risk of injury. My issues were lower leg bordering on compartment syndrome. I've worn Asics Kayano and Nimbus. I recently tried Hoka Bondi 8 - very cushioned ride. So now I rotate them all.
Saucony Tempus
I like the Altra Provision. They have a tonne of forefoot space which has been great for me.
Topo Athletic sells shoes with a massive amount of forefoot space as well.
"rigid low arches" makes no sense. Rigid arches tend to be high. You may want to make sure about this before buying a shoe for it.

I've never worn any of those so I don't know what you mean. I don't run really. I'm Just here asking hard hitting questions.
