I have pace per 400/Km/mile and the World Athletics points for each distance. The WA points tables aren’t perfect but it’s still sort of interesting.
These are all in current form. And yes…I believe they’re good enough to hold on for those marathon times on current training; Jakob runs 100+ mpw and Kipyegon has run up to 30k long runs which I doubt are jogs.
Thought I’d put myself out there before the 1500 tomorrow. If Jakob runs 3:26 you can all mock me mercilessly.
