First, if people are doing this voluntarily, what is it to you? You weren't going to buy in Oregon anyway.
Second, they're probably not selling at a loss at all, as their homes rose dramatically in value over the past decades. They probably mean at a discount from the current value.
Third, what's wrong with a little voluntary justice here when black people were long deprived of the ability to buy homes in white neighborhoods or to see their own homes appreciate in value because of federal and corporate redlining?
The Chinese cultural revolution saw as many as 60 to 100 million people die. What exactly about selling your house by choice at a lower price to oppressed peoples is reminiscent of the cultural revolution?

The seller is basically opting to give some money away. It’s her prerogative and none of your or anyone else’s business.

Also, the new breed of "conservatives" feel like they need to manage every aspect of what everyone does. They're into everyone's sh!t. Why should this be any different? They have bastardized the meaning of being conservative.
