I mean hunter was fine. 3:39 isn't especially since it was kind of tactical, but at the moment the rest are like pretty good d1 collegiates. They might make a national championship, but not do much.
You missed Bartelsmeyer who had a respectable 5000m PR in 13:16. Rogers often opens up poorly before winding into form.
Adding Johnson's only race of outdoors so far being a road mile where she got out kicked by Nikki Hiltz. Kibet opened so so with an okay 3:36 though beaten by two collegiate athletes in Massoudi and Waskom.
Wonder why the whole team was in action this weekend except Johnson and Kibet.
Mixed bag and probably to early to lay into them but it is funny having weekends like this and remembering when Julian announced the rebounded NOP saying he only works with athletes he thinks can medal at Worlds... meanwhile he's got an athlete who is closer to amateurs running in whatever the Canadian university league is called than he is to making US Champs standard (let alone world standard).

Thank goodness Mu didn’t end up there. There were rumors….

Will give Rogers a pass as it's an opener and she usually shows up when it matters. But for everyone else, the most alarming thing isn't the actual times but the fact they are getting worse.

hey, no need to disrespect canadian university runners 😂 but yes jokes aside I agree that UAC's standards have gotten lower (from the NOP and compared to BTC and OAC) with the new athletes they've signed, which is fine but don't go around with all the world medallist talk when you're now a B-level pro team team. Btw - anyone know what is going on with brazier?
