Started rotating trainers in 2020 and have noticed since feet are more sensitive to changes in shoes, especially breaking in new shoes. Before that would wear a pair of shoes for the first half of the year and replace (basically pair of track shoes then pair of xc shoes after season in summer). Never remember having this much trouble breaking in new shoes but have had some times where feet are cramping and need to stop run. Now getting back from injury have had similar foot problems sometimes that flare up, across multiple pairs. Wondering if rotating shoes made feet weak?
