McColgan was supposed to be at the elite women press conference on Friday but that is no longer happening. If you were going to give her an NFL-style injury designation, I'd list her as "questionable" with a knee injury. From organizers:
McColgan is receiving treatment for a knee issue and has delayed her travel to London to give herself the best chance of being on the Start Line for the 2023 TCS London Marathon on Sunday (23 April).
She said: “Frustratingly, over the past few days, I've picked up a niggle in my knee. I am waiting to see how it responds to treatment and want to give that as long as possible before I make a final decision on whether to race in Sunday’s TCS London Marathon.”
Remember that McColgan pulled out of the NYC Half on March 19, also with a knee issue.
