If most of his own teammates consider him the 3rd best runner on the team and you don't, maybe something is wrong with your assessment.

Ask the CIF SS and Rainer Wolf who tries to strong arm everyone. He wrote a new rule that won't let them. Now they have to choose and most top kids will choose no CIF.

No, "most" top California kids will still choose CIF. The 3 Newbury Park boys are a very unusual situation.
