Just had my first run in the Nike Invincible I must say i love the softness + energy return, effort to pace was really good. However, I began having some lets say soreness/mild pain in the outer portion of my foot, the muscle that runs from your pinky toe back.
I switched from the rebel v2s which never really gave me this problem, however, it was my first real running shoe when I took running serious.
My question is, is there a period of time your foot needs to adjust to the shoes or is this pain a sign that they aren't meant for me.
If this is normal then I guess course of action is to do running effort combined with walking until my feet adapt to them?
