It depends on the distance. What distance and what gender? What age? The answer is not clear without a question which elaborates more.
It's a good starting point. Could be worse I guess.

dude just lets klecker do all the work and takes the race last 200. kinda cheap. From doped running team if he left that makes sense but he's so gray area sneaky that he cant even announce that.
wouldn't expect anything less.
still impressive to close so fast and props to good guy Klecker for #3 american all-time indoors
Whatever. If you want to medal at the world stage, you need a vicious kick like Kincaid.
No Olie Hoare ?
Depends, male or female?

Easy tiger, Klecker likes to run at the front and woody is a known sit-and-kicker. Sounds like it played out exactly how anyone would’ve expected assuming they are both in good shape.
you aint gonna be fast with that attitude, "kinda cheap", thats called racing...
It's an alright 2 mile time I guess.

Also if I remember right, Grant tried to do exactly what Woody did vs Jacob Krop last year. Didn’t work and lost 12:45-12:46. Joe emptied the tank early, and got a gap but his last lap was not good enough to win from the front.
But did he look relaxed?
