High end of moderate. I felt noticeably better on the mornings after a non-drinking day. Can't determine the effect drinking had on my running, but it was probably detrimental. Last race of the year was a 5K Turkey Trot in 26:39 at age 62. Did not drink for 14 days before that.
I probably should cut down slightly, but at this age, motivation is lacking. I'll run faster ? Big deal. I already beat most of the younger people in the few races I run, so all is well.
