do my 12mm shoes have any correlation to the amount of injuries that i have? it seems like i’ve tried everything for ever injury and they keep recurring or something new comes, but i haven’t switched my shoes at all. injuries have been PF, shin splints, ITBS, extensor tendonitis, peroneal tendonitis, shin splints (worse than ever) part 2 now.
so like i asked, could the 12mm clunky heavy shoes be doing this!m? anyone have any similar experiences?
