It is odd to refer to him as Duane Ross in the thread title. His father went by Duane, but the Bowerman finalist has always gone by Randolph.

He was suspended by the AIU either for testing positive or for a whereabouts violation, I can’t remember which.

I think they were unable to locate him so he was suspended for tampering with the testing process but arguably he is less suspect than Shelby who might be LetsRuns woman of the year if they were to name one?

Also, the same kind of whereabouts violation that gets a free pass for Gabby Thomas. It didn't affect his college season, so damning the USFTCAA for not applying that to their criteria for the award is rather thick-headed.

If he has a good explanation or was screwed over, I'll be happy to admit he's suffered great harm but since there has been crickets for 6 months, I highly doubt that's the case.
