This has been going for 2 years. It progressively got worse at 1st, then stayed the same, but now with extensive and expensive physical therapy it is getting a little better. The problem is my lack of ability to lift my leg off the ground when running and having a normal stride as well. It also has effected my walking too. 5 or 6 minutes into some runs, my leg starts to scuff the ground mid foot only, so it makes running very difficult some days and dangerous too because l have stumbled and fallen a few times too. This isn't a problem when l run hard workouts up on my toes. Actually l can run some good workouts, just not 10 mile runs or anything like that. Any help on excercises or tips with this problem would be helpful.
