You can get that salary right after grad school if you go to law school or med school. Will be difficult to get that salary with just a bachelors degree. Good luck!
Most of those jobs go to people who started considering majors and professions > 2 months before starting college. An even higher proportion go to people who can discover that information on their own via means other than asking people on a running message board.
I got a 790 on the SAT math section but only 560 on the reading, so I think it's pretty clear what my strengths and weaknesses are just on that. My major is undecided right now but I'm leaning towards something that's math heavy.
I never said I want to live in a small town. Just that I don't want to live in a big city paying a ton of my money on rent and in taxes to support weak governments that think I should pay more taxes but can't even build good roads or keep the streets safe.
Good lucking getting a job paying 120k with a bachelor's degree in a small town and no experience.

In other words a mid sized city in a red state (or at least not crazy blue) would be nice, as long as its cool on weed

Better to stick with Med School. Law salaries are not what they once were. Too many lawyers. Too little demand.
Law is split between very high and relatively low-mediocre salaries. You either make it into the big salary range or you get paid as much as everyone else. You either have to go to a top 20ish school or get great grades at a top 50ish school to have a chance at big law. BL is essentially my goal right now
I feel like it depends where you live. Wages aren't high where I live and you can make 80-90k per year as a software dev right out of college. 120k might be a stretch here and average out of school is probably closer to 60k though
If you are too stupid to see the contradictions involved in what you're looking for, there's no hope of you making $120K ever, much less right out of college. I suggest you go into the oil and gas industry and try to get a lot of overtime on the rigs. Spoiler alert: they'll probably drug test you for those jobs. Sucks to suck!

Become a PA, Nurse Anesthetist or Nurse Practitioner. Cheaper and quicker than going to full med school and in a lot of small towns an NP functions essentially as the town doctor.
