For way over a year and half l have been battling weakness in my leg. It started after a serious increase in training at the time. One leg doesn't stride out as much. l also favor that leg walking too. Some days are worse then others. This isn't Runners Dystonia! I can run,but as the run goes on my mid foot ( not toes) begin to scuff the ground. It's worse some days then others. I have tried a lot of things including pool running. Any advice would be appreciated. Has anyone delt with this? Like l said some days are worse the others. The doctor told me it was just weakness in that leg.
