You said it. I used to believe Russia when they say they have the most advanced military. After watching this war they are awful. Literally everything Putin has said is a bluff. They are using 30-40 year old equipment and I honestly don’t believe they have a single functioning nuclear bomb or warhead. It’s all a big bluff by Putin to scare people. They have a horrible military and it’s showing. One regiment of marines with air and sea support could conquer Russia in a week.

You totally nailed it, all Russia is capable of is......see that building bomb it.......that is it. They can't fight at all, I had no idea they were this bad.
Putin has been told what will happen to Russia if he makes that big nukes mistake.
A former advisor to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense believes "rout" is the right word to describe Russian forces around Kherson.Lieutenant Colonel (Ret'd) ...
People do some weird stuff when they think their existence is about to be ended by a drone they can't see.
Thankfully US hasn't had to fight an enemy with capabilities like that... Yet.
I think the US military has probably already developed countermeasures for drones over a battlefield. I'm taking a wag guess, but some version of electronic warfare equipment. Jamming signals, something that would render drones useless over a battlespace.
I believe the bulk of the Russian army are fighting a war that they cannot fight wholeheartedly. They are resenting Putin more and more day by day. It is only a matter of time before Putin's whole country turns against him.
The cost of maintaining a nuclear arsenal is astronomical. Russia's last nuclear test was 32 years ago and most of there nuclear weapons expertise has dissipated. Running simulations is very expensive and I doubt Russia has poured money into it the way the United States has. Doesn't seem like they have even maintained their tanks. I think they probably have functioning uranium gun type bombs, but that may be it
It is ironic that Russia is literally the biggest country in the world. Another ironic thing is that the lend lease from the USA is why they were able to push the German's back from 1943 till the end of WW2. Now it is the lend lease equivalent that is the reason they are losing this war
In an urban environment tanks hardly matter. I do not think Putin was prepared for a drawn out conflict. He probably thought a show of force by columns of tanks would cause the Ukrainians to fall. The Ukrainians have shown the ability and desire to defend their country street by street. Once it gets down to the ground level then the military differences don't matter. The Russians still have the numbers and can continue to throw Soldiers at Ukraine for years if it chooses to.

Once Trump returns to the white house watch how quickly he puts a stop to Putin.
Russia has recently tested the Poisiden torpedo that is nuclear powered (unlimited range) and can hold a 100MT bomb, they also have tested a hypersonic missle (dagger) and have a new ICBM (Satan II) they are developing which is supposed to be deployed anytime that has a range 22,000 miles. Don't know how capable all of those are but we better not dismiss them.
Russia announced on 20 April 2022 that its Strategic Rocket Forces (RVSN) had conducted the first test-launch of the RS-28 Sarmat (RS-SS-X-29), an under-development three-stage liquid-fuelled intercontinental ballistic missil...
