Considering the best images of her today were brought to us by the Hubble Telescope I doubt anyone got a good enough look to determine what they were. People on the 100th floor observation deck of the Willis Tower probably got a better view that we did on TV.
Look similar to those but can't be exactly the same, because the shoes today don't have the big NB overlay across the front of the foot (can see in justin britton's IG photos).

Check out the outsole near the end. Much closer to the v2 than the v3. Maybe an (early) early prototype of the v3 with a generic upper? I know she also raced recently in the old rc elite v1s, so I think it's clear that she doesn't really like something about the current NB rc elite uppers or geometry.

Yeah definitely not the v3 outsole but also different than the v2. I'd guess maybe a new prototype? The midsole had that off-white color you normally see with pebax so maybe they are going that way for v4?
Nope. Looks the Fuel Cell SuperComp Pacer upper (look at the stripe surround the laces), but with a slightly chunkier looking midsole (not the SC Elite V3, different lines and shape) - so probably a prototype.
I believe it's a beefed-up version of the SC Pacer.
Whoops, yeah this is right, I was wrong.
Yeah I agree. Crazy that even though it's probably higher stack than the pacer it doesn't look like it's anywhere approaching the limit. Maybe she can break 2:18

Based on her also running in the rc elite v1 recently I think she might not like the higher stack.
Yeah that's probably a safe assumption. Maybe now that she has the AR she'll get some development work to sort out what she doesn't like about them? A max stack shoe would have to be worth a second/mile.
I'm not surprised she was still racing in the RC Elite V1s recently, the V2s are slow and mushy and have horrible traction on wet roads. Looks like she had some kind of custom/prototype shoe today so not a great endorsement for the upcoming V3s.
When is New Balance going to finally come out with a decent racer? Their original super shoe, the Fuelcell TC, was an awesome tempo trainer; all they had to do was trim some of the extraneous weight and they would have had a great racing shoe right from the start.

You were at -1, but correct. +1
On second look, it's actually the SC Pacer period - not beefed up at all. The NB website photo shows less distinctive midsole sidewall molding, so I thought it looked slimmer than the shoe she wore. But someone on reddit found another photo of the Pacer, and you can see the same strong sidewall lines.
Upper left photo showing the sidewall exactly like what she wore. The all-white midsole makes it look chunkier than green/white. Lower right photo from the NB website looks like it has a smoother sidewall is what I was initially comparing her shoe to, making her shoe look chunkier, but maybe actual pacers look more like upper left?
Is the Pacer considered a supershoe in terms of lab testing? It has a carbon plate, but how springy is the foam? It's at a lower price point at $150 retail too. In any case, yes, makes her AR more impressive.
