Riverside Invitational is coming up tomorrow.
This topic will come up again and some LR posters will not be able to resist and will click on this link (even though they don’t care about the topic)
The topic really is: Will the NP dynasty continue in 2023? This race may give us another indication of that.
1 - Guevara: It’s his first race. Will he come out as the true 7th man? Will he run sub 15?
2 - Shetty: Will he defend his spot on the varsity team? Will he continue to improve? Will he run sub 15?
3 - Porter: He had a bad start this year, but ran a PB in his last race. At the beginning of the season, everybody thought that he would end up being the 7th man (if Martinez did not run). He would need another massive jump to beat Guevara and Shetty.
4 - Everybody else. Will they continue to improve? How many sub 15:30 will they have? At this point, only Shetty is sub 15:30. His best is 15:18.
