I really do. I thinks he's been through a lot in her life and has been under a lot of scrutiny. In the past I didn't have a lot of sympathy for her and her choices. But I don't feel that way anymore, and I just really hope she's healthy and okay.
She's been doing those times for 5ks in workouts lately. Maybe she should go train with Allie O for 3 months. Allie was beating that with much less mileage not too long ago. Do you think Allie is hiding an injury with the new uphill treadmill plan?
1:23 in the half. I took some pics of her at 9 (did not realize until afterwards that it was her). She did not look comfortable (it was very humid and warm enough to make things difficult), not like she was just running thru it. Same as the 5k, she registered as a M ? Hoping she is OK, I've followed her career since youth.
She ran 17:32 for 5k yesterday at the Philadelphia Distance Run. Discus.
Definitely something wrong health wise, but she still enjoys running, so I hope she is okay. It is her business, but at some point she may share what the issue is. In any case her decline from running 5:20 pace for a Marathon to 5:36 pace for 5000M is unprecedented.
Forty-seven keystrokes, including "HM" and spaces - what a massive keyboard chore! Too bad you didn't have the energy to type out "half marathon". Of course everyone who's anybody in the running world knows that "HM" is "half marathon". Screw those who don't know, right?

Do you really think anyone read that message and didn't know what HM meant?
as I said , makes no sense. I have found out that she was not an invited runner and came in "under the radar", for whatever reason. She has run the Philly half before, but she ran the 5k first, so... ?. Maybe she just likes the course ;), I always did, lol . At a loss
