Cam just did an 80 minute long interview on the biggest Scandinavian Podcast "Spring Snyggt" where the interviewer is a former US university runner (somewhere south I think) so it's all in English. They've even put up that "The interview with Cam Levins begins at 54.14 and ends at 134.17" as they expected an international audience for this. :-)
The interview with Cam Levins begins at 54.14 and ends at 134.17. Cameron Levins slutade sensationellt fyra vid herrarnas VM-mara nyligen i Eugene. Cam som har varit en löpare av internationell topklass de senaste 10 åren har...
The interviewer is the guy on the left, John Kingstedt, he goes by the nickname "Jesus" but I have no idea if that part dates back to his days in the US.

Doubles 2-3 times per week including double workouts. About 10k of quality each. Morning session at HMP/MP and shorter stuff in the afternoon at 10k pace. All by feel no blood lactate measurement. I think I read elsewhere something like 10x1k and 20x400.
One single day : 90 minutes easy
Key workout 6 weeks before Worlds : 5 x 5k / 1k float (MP +30 secondes / 3:00 min per K for the 5k and 3:30 for the 1k float.)
He said the most significant change he made in the past year was to incorporate weight lifting twice a week often when he does doubles but not on double workouts days.

Crazy.
The man has energy and recuperative abilities better than most.. Noah Lyles type energy.

Of course it does. Only American Evangelicals think Jesus looked like a Swede.
based on his strava, Cam trains almost exclusively on roads. He does out and backs in St Johns and along the Columbia, which is all neighborhood and major roadways. A lot of his long runs are done on Sauvie Island, which is a mostly flat 12 mile farmland road loop just north of the city. It is a destination for hundreds of runners and cyclists.
My kid and I saw him training in North Portland's Pier Park when we visited the area maybe 3 years ago. He must have noticed we recognized him because he nodded and smiled as he dashed by. If he lives North Portland area it could be a good location for training with Forest Park just across St. John's bridge on the Willamette River.

That is a Canova workout. His was 4x 5km in 15 minutes - 3min/km, with a float recovery of 3.30/km.

Why is Jesus’ name never mentioned as being one of the most famous Jews of all time?

Jesus was black, obviously.
“Jesus Christ of Nazareth,” year 0 AD. Do these people think much?
When he was in the US he ran the 5K in like 14:15 and in youthful self-confidence swore he wouldn't cut his hair until his PB for the distance had the number 13 at the start. He's still growing it now some ten years later. There's a lesson of sorts there methinks, probably one that is more interesting than the skin color of the origin of the origin of the nickname.
