What is the most successful HS to college feeder program in the country? I’d be inclined to focus on athletes who went on to at least make it to nationals in track or XC, but evaluate it however you want.

Theres a popular thread right now about the American Fork to BYU pipeline, and I’d be inclined to say that had to be one of the best. In recent times this has produced NCAA champ Clayton Young and all-Americans Conner McMillan, with several other runners scoring for Cross through this pipeline.
Assuming Lex Leo and Aaron follow in the footsteps of their older siblings Newbury park to NAU has the potential to be the best. That would put them with 5 separate guys who will be multiple time All Americans and all have the potential to be individual champions in XC as well as on the track from 1500 to 10k (Maybe even an 800 for Colin or Aaron)

Elias never went to UCLA. He signed with Oregon out of high school, bounced around JUCO, and then finished at Adams State.
Bro, initially Brandt signed to Cal. Easy google can find he went there for two years before transferring go UCLA.
Just off the top of my head it's probably LAUSD to Olympic Gold.
Newbury Park
There has been a pretty steady Loudoun Valley -> UVA pipeline since about 2016. Notably they did not get D. Hunter and S. Affolder, which would have likely transformed that program.
Still, I believe there have been 6+ former LV Vikings sign with UVA in the past 5 years.
union catholic in NJ is consistently pumping out D1 studs. They swept every state meet in NJ this year
Northport HS (Long Island, NY) to Penn State
For awhile, CBA (NJ) had a nice pipeline to a number of the Ivies and a fair amount of the kids ended up being scorers on some team champions (although I don't believe any won individual titles)
Without question it is Eugene South High School -->>> University of Eugene. Pipeline stretches back over 60 years.
Shen to Quinnipiac

Why would anyone google that? lol
Big Wave Dave! RIP downhill mile home video champ.
Hopkins (Minn.) had four cross country runners on the Gopher men's team this year. It's the same high school that Joe Klecker and Joe Fahnbulleh went to.

In the 1970s, South Eugene was a real power in Oregon.

Yep, I think six on the nose. Bogucki, J. Hunter, Peter Morris, Kevin Carlson, Hasle and Taylor Ney. It looks like Bogucki left the team though.
