How much lack of self respect must you have to make clickbait titles like this? Nick Symmonds does this garbage too. It feels gross - like you're such a narcissistic, slimey salesman who is so desperate to sell a product that you know is s#!t, so you resort to clickbait.
But she does the whole "that workout almost killed me" act better than Seth Demoor!
Letsrun: track isn’t popular! Why don’t people follow it! There’s no personalities and it’s boring! Nobody wants to watch the meets!
Also letsrun: constant triggered threads about athletes promoting themselves, making social media content, having fun in any way, showing emotion about running…

She is about 47 pounds and will never come close to making any American team in anything. She should concentrate on her mental and physical health.
She already has - she was on the 2019 World Championship team for the USA. You are really good at being wrong about things.

Come on... Her video is 4 mins long, not 24, doesn't have any bullsh*t footage, and she doesn't come off as wanting to start a cult. Otherwise she's like SJD...
Like it or not, humans watch clickbait and won't watch other content unless they are specifically seeking it out. That means that in order to expand your viewership you need to have text on your thumbnail, a crazy expression, and a click bait title.
Ignoring this fact is how you ensure that you'll have a tiny audience and struggle to monetize your content. At least her content is still very authentic. Can't say the same for Nick Symmonds (on his first channel) though.

What are you doing about it?
Almost died = not a tempo run.
Thanks for posting. Put my training in perspective. There are so many fast runners out there and it's always good to be wanting to strive for more.
Right now I could do the same workout--but at much slower paces lol :/

Tinges of sexism here 🤔
She actually looked very smooth and relaxed. So the title was 100% clickbait.
Not a fan of the clickbait title, but good to see her running well again. This second video it led me to had a quite good workout, 10:34/7:51/4:58/2:24/68/66. 8.8k at 5:17 pace down to 4:24 pace. I'd guess that she is in 32 flat or better 10k shape.
