My structure is pretty messed up, but this is probably the average week for me:
Day 1:Long run
Day 2: Lifting mostly legs (1-2hours) and exercise bike(30min-1 hour)
(could be Am-Pm depending if I am too tired from the lift)
Day 3:
Am:lifting (Only chest and bicep for 45min-1.5 hours
Pm:Swimming (Around 30min)
Day 4:Track workout
Day 5: Weights Biceps, Triceps, shoulders, and maybe a little legs (45min-1 .5 hours) and exercise bike(30min-1 hour)
Day 6: Track workout or Fartlek
Day 7: Rest day or more lifting
Only doing around 30 miles in a given week, but I do plenty of lifting to make up for it.
