They'll be running alone after the first leg or two. Probably put the "slowest" first so they have someone to run with. I don't imagine we'll be seeing 1:48s out of the Sahlmans in a relay scenario where they will be running alone. Haven't seen 800m times for the twins, but given their mile times I'm guessing they would be in the 1:52 to 1:54 range (running alone). National record I believe is 7:33 (1:53 average per). Should be attainable, but not a given.
Dang I said somewhere that I didn't think any of them would run an 800 this year. Excited to be proven wrong though. I didn't expect them to attack this record, but I'm excited to see what they can run. Are they running it to work on speed before their 4xmile?
Looks like we're about to see a bunch of records set that are never gonna get touched.

Record is 7:28 from Long Beach poly nearly a decade ago. Don’t know how invested the NP guys will be, but it usually takes a two sub 1:50 efforts to run a time like that.

Of the distance relays they can attempt, 4 × mile, DMR and 4 x 800, the 4 x 800 will be their toughest challenge. Nobody can have an off day. I hope they get a chance to do the DMR. That record, 9:49 by South Lakes, is gone if they do it.
What about this NP runner that dropped a 1:54 last weekend at the AP Distance Meet of Champions? Is he true he started running track this spring? Let's not assume that he will not be on this relay. Still put them in a college/open race.
I would think Adam Olson (1:54 PR) would be one of their guys in this race. Maybe taking Lex's slot... 7:28 requires four 1:52's, so this NR looks like a reach for them

I would guess they go with Leo, Lex, Aaron, Colin. This new Adams Olsen ran 1:54 but I would believe Lex can run faster and be more consistent.
I could be wrong, but Lex has wheels in the other races he runs. I'm sure in an open 800m he is a 1:51
If they end up going for the DMR as some other poster mentioned, will we see a different lineup than the other records?
I can’t imagine that the young twins can run a very fast 400, probably around 52. There’s gotta be a 400m runner on NP that can run faster, or maybe even a speedy 800m guy.
That’s gotta be awkward for the coach tho, to leave one of them out.

A. Sahlman could split 47-48.
Why not put together a B team of Doshi (4:19), Lefall (22.9 200m), Olsen (1:54), Appleford (4:11). They’d run close to 10:00.
