Had terrible sleep last night, I was laying down in bed at usual hour, but I just couldn't sleep until at least 5 or 6 am and so barely had like 1-2 hours of sleep. I think it's because I had a coffee the afternoon whereas I usually take none in the pm.
I was wondering how often it happens to you guys ?
In my case I think it happens about 3x a year on average.
P.S. : I'm not talking about poor sleep caused by activity like going out at night, or having to finish a project for work or etc.
