USA track and field. yuh know?
And the last Olympic team you made was....I trust his training and coaching plans more than yours.
Dodging testing
Yes this will be the only race he runs for the rest of the year
track and field does not incentivize these things. thank god for runners like the ingebrigtsens, Elle, Jacobs, Bol, etc.
No longer about competing. It’s about one-uping past icons with fast times in fancy shoes.

You might want to take into account that for Jacob and the other European runners it is a short flight of a few hours and in the same time zone. It takes about 24 hours to get from Portland to Belgrade with a couple of transfers. If World Indoors were held on the US west coast I wonder how many of those same athletes competing would make the journey.
Dodging testing and competition. With the Olympics being the one exception, guys like this are not showing up to anything if there's no chance of medalling. 100% certainty he was getting top-3. 0% certainty he was getting tested. Even more selective and pickier than Rupp.
Isn't that basically the same thing as all those Bowerman runners running in The TEN a few weeks ago instead of competing at Indoor USAs?
