I do a couple of spins with my son and feel really dizzy. These guys spin like 30 times and nothing?

That’s pretty cute, rojo.
Watch the head, it is all about spotting.
Their brains are the center of the axis of the spin, therefore no disorientation.

Plus the ice is now "juiced" with deuterium water.
I was listening to a Star Talk podcast that had a professional ice skater on. Basically they have many tricks to keep their bearings and you'll notice their biggest spins are at the end of the routine.

Risk of dizziness doesn't make something a sport. This is not a sport. It's ballet or something
Thousands and thousands of hours of practice coupled with balance that would make daredevil jealous. Come on now. Use that thing in your head

How do they not get the twisties
Former figure skater here. We used ballet spin boards on dry land to get used to the spinning. There used to be motorized platforms at the training facilities as well. Not sure if they still use the same types now. When I get on the ice now, 20 years later, I'm only good for three times around max and vertigo sets in.
The same way runners don’t get motion sickness
Although there have been a few- very few - there qre no current pro clockwise spinners. Every single one in Beijing is counter-clockwise.
