That was worthless. Good thing she's a runner and not a coach. Nothing scientific about it...just recycled drills that may or may not be applicable.
The warmup routine looks astonishingly silly, especially with the inexplicable Santa hat.
Why the Santa hat and wild hand gestures ?
No.

Dude, she is 19. She makes no pretense of expertise other than running very very fast.
Is her accent particular to a demographic in England? I don't think I've heard that version.
Load of bullshıt, just get out and friggin' run.
She doesn’t have a particularly strong regional accent, just poor elocution. I’m a Brit and found it hard work to follow some of what she said.

It doesn't take much effort to look up that she is from Greater Manchester.
just a wild guess, could it be it was filmed around Christmas time. Plus silly, really. Fairly banal I`ll give you, but nothing that a million other runners haven't incorporated into warm ups for decades.
Well, I'm surprised at the negativity displayed in most comments,
After all, Keely must be doing something right. For example, in 2021 she competed in four important finals: The European Indoor Championships, the UK Olympic Trials ( against Muir and Reekie ), the Olympic 800m final, and the Diamond League 800m final, and she finished first in three of them and second in the other, and she was named UK female athlete of the year.
When, someone as successful as that even farts, I think it would be worth paying attention.

So was Ted Williams and he was a terrible hitting coach.

You're missing the point! Keely is a hugely successful athlete, and she is demonstrating her warm-up routine. That's it. BTW, my favourite reply is from the chap who said "get out and run", He didn't really mean that warming-up isn't very, very important...did he?
Y'all are weird for the negativity here. The video is fine. Don't forget that not everyone on YouTube is a self-proclaimed running expert like all of you 🙄...I'm sure lots of viewers are learning something watching her routine.
And for the critics: when you earn your Olympic medal you can post your warm up routine and show us how it's done.

Correct. She speaks with a classic Mancunian accent.
https://youtu.be/ZJpjZxYL28AThanks for putting this up. World class drills, world class skills. Mobility and bounce.
For all the people throwing shade on this, look at the context. It's part of a series aimed at helping the general public improve their fitness. It's just a fun thing for a very local online TV channel.
She comes across well and seems really grounded considering she's probably the best mid-d athlete in the country and one of the best in the world
