Very tight group in the first seven all within 2:11:00-2:12:00 impressive.
You can follow Tim Degrado on Strava. Interesting he does almost all his running up and down mountains, in Colorado. For Houston he did a 45 km run up and down mountains in around 4 1/2 hours. Strong guy.
Good info.
I saw that.
Very impressive.
He's runs on our club team. Good runner on trails, roads, XC. Great result today!

The problem with being a fast old man at long distance is people see you going at 6:30 pace in the moment and it looks like nothing.
Be a fast old sprinter and then it looks fast in the moment.
Love his long mountain runs... anyone running 8hrs+ is a super fit human. He crushed it at USATF XC as well.

Good answer. I'll see if my wife thinks so too.
Tim Degrado: If this is the same guy then kudos to him for leading a high-level career with very good level in athletics. Can someone confirm?

In the 2021 USA track and field masters cross country over 60 race he came from far back in the early stages to finish second overall. He finished like a steam train. He is the master of pacing.

Just shoot me now said the Mississippi-based M, 63. I'm awed and slightly depressed, both. Tough as nails, all these guys.
