No pic of the wife to backup your story
Do you know how I know your wife is a liberal?

Your wife is right. But it might take another 5000 years until that happens.

Presumably they will be fine because they aren't as liberal. Covid and Yellowstone - they both really care about who you voted for and act accordingly.

They say some animals can sense these things. Guess that is one advantage of being "married" to a sheep.
Maybe if California and Oregon get together and stop global warming, the Earth will cool down and Yellowstone won't explode.
After viewing, "Don't Look Up", I have reached the conclusion that we are ultimately screwed by forces beyond our control and any hope of mitigating them will fail due to our collective stupidity, greed, and vanity. The dinner scene brings home what is truly important.
I no longer fear my own demise as I have no control over when and how it will happen. Don't forget to live while you are still amongst the living.
According to one publication that modeled a variety of supervolcanic explosions at Yellowstone, the northwest doesn't fare as poorly as points east, due to global wind patterns.

YELLOWSTONE EXPLODES! NORTHERN CALIFORNIA AND OREGON GONE! Minorities hardest hit.
I think it's been a couple times in the last decade where there have been a thousand mini earthquakes.
Statistically, yeah can mean nothing, could be a thousand years before anything happens - but we are on an uptick and who knows when upticks go log.
I saw a model it's worst for Washington state.
These doom things are interesting reading but so out there on the scale - inactionable.

Winds go from West to East. If it is worst for Washington state, then it is much worse for state to the East. Completely buried in superhot hot ash.
