I was just starting to slowly build my mileage back up after xc with 5-7 mi runs every day. I have also been exercise biking for 90 minutes a day to supplement more mileage without the risk of injury. A few days ago I tested positive for Covid and it hit hard. Running 7 min pace feels more like 5:45 pace and pushing 200 watts feels like pushing 300. Should I cut out the biking until I get healthier? FYI: I’m not going to stop running. I can’t afford to get that out of shape. Any advice is appreciated.
