There is absolutely zero shot the rock could run that
Well yeah haven’t you seen Jumanji?
I say no way. I doubt he could run 200 meters in 30 seconds. And then he'd blow up big time. He has way too much mass, and he's kind of old now and won't be that fast to begin with. Even his 100 meters is probably only 13 seconds now before being gassed from 100 meters.

This is the correct answer. EOT!
I feel like if The Rock could summon up his pure hate for Jason statham in the fast n furious, he would run 59.84, with blocks that is
He's almost 40 now, but he was a 44.xx guy back in the day. Not sure what kind of shape he's in at this point, but if he's stayed reasonably fit he could probably still break 60.
He was a 4.69 40 at Miami. i can see him running a 58ish back then. But once out of football and into the rasslin' biz at no time is he breaking 60.
The question was in regards to the 400, not 300.
The Rock, not as great an athlete as he wants you to believe he is. The Rock was Warren Sapp's back up at U. of Miami. I know, Warren Sapp was great. If The Rock was an extremely great athlete, U. of Miami coaching staff would have found some where to place The Rock on football field. The Rock most likely would have been a starter at most D-2 schools and many non-Power 5 conference schools. The Rock is an ex-college football player who get into body building-type weight training. Anyone attempting to claim The Rock is a great athlete is incorrect.
Ha. NO. GOOD entertainer.
As a high school footballer he had many offers from schools other than Miami so he had talent.
A 4.6 40 is fast for a guy his size, so what is your definition of...great athlete? Are tiny little distance runners weighing 120 pounds great athletes?
Silver medal performance here at 2005 worlds.

There are a lot of guys with 4.6+ speed. You pretty much repeated my original post. I said Johnson would have started for most D-2 schools and many non-Power 5 schools. You posted to agree with me but argue at the same time.
I wasn't talking D-2/most. anything, he had talent could have started for a lot of teams.

But he road the bench for Miami. You know Dwayne Johnson was not great. You know he was such better than okay athlete, Miami would have played him.
I take it this is news to you...
Search instead for dwaynejohnson high school athlete
A gifted athlete, he was on his high schools' gridiron football, track and field, and wrestling teams.
To ride the bench behind Warren Sapp on a Miami team full of future NFL 1st rounders says that he was very, very good and would have started for most D1 programs. But I don't think that he's capable of running sub-60 400m at his age and mass. Back in college, yes.
Actually he turns 50 next May!

Dwayne Johnson is a better actor than athlete. He seems to have posters on this thread fooled. Most of you did not know he was a back up behind Warren Sapp until I stated that fact. I doubt Johnson's narrative that he was Warren Sapp's immediate back up. More than likely 3rd string. No one has posted college highlights of Dwayne Johnson's college football playing days. Were any of you on this thread college athletes? Did any of you stay in the athlete dorm in college? If you were college athletes, you would know: college football coaches switch player positions all the time in order to get the best 22 athletes on the field. Tailback to cornerback. QB to free safety, TE to OSLB, etc. Dwayne Johnson made a lot of money pretending to be an athlete in WWE. Now he makes a lot of money as an actor. Isn't that good enough? You guys trying to make Dwayne Johnson an elite athlete need to stop.
