Yes, let’s have the NP top four tune a 5 K relay at Woodward Park against Kiplimo over 20K. How many minutes would Kiplimo be clear of them? Puts things in perspective.
- Kiplimo
- Kenya
are you braindead

It doesn't put anything at all in perspective. The NP kids are to be compared to other HS runners and the GOATs. According to the many LR posters, the average 18-year old Kenyan is really 25 and on PEDs anyway.

On his way to world record 5k, Kiplimo went through 10k in 27:05. NP got no shot against him alone.

Still it would be fun to watch. I wonder if there’s a point at which the relay would catch up and pass Kiplimo before they complete 42.2. I wonder how fast Colin Sahlman could run a 2nd 5K after 45 minutes rest?

Adding up their PRs at the end of the end of the season would be good enough and the same for the 4-mile relay.
How about Kiplimo v the top 4 finishers from NCAA D1 cross over 20K?
Any of the 57 Minute Half Marathoners would beat Newbury Parks kids in a 20k, They would probably admit that themselves, A BETTER QUESTION can the Top NP runners beat Gidey in a Half Marathon, that would be interesting, they probably could beat her, but the Half Marathon distance could be a factor as High Schoolers who's longest race is a 5k Cross Country Course may not have that much Endurance. though many Top High Schoolers run 10-12-up to 15 Miles in Training.
What is The High School Record for a Half Marathon? Has any High Schooler broke 1:02?

HSers don't compete in the HM and rather than admitting to themselves they can't beat some Kenyan HM dude or Gidey, they don't care at all. I thought the thread about the NP lads taking on the 85 Bears was silly but this thread is make it seem thought provoking.

Why so serious? Just goofing around.

Sorry. If the kids average 13:45 next spring, which would be impressive, wouldn't they fall short in a relay against the HM WR? I'm beginning to believe the new road shoes are actually faster than using spikes on a track.
Kiplimo is so goated people are talking about him in a thread about Kenya.

Yes, that was pointed out early in the thread. JACOB KIPLIMO IS FROM UGANDA…..I get it, and was called brain dead too. I didn’t realize we have such strict rules governing these threads. This one seems to be particularly off putting.
NBP would destroy Kenya. As your OP doesn’t say which NBP team. I say the NBP 9 will destroy Kenya. Kenya has no proven hitters or pitchers.

I believe it's Brother Colm O'Connell
Anyway, I had a similar thought....how would NBP fare against the current St. Patrick's HS team, if they have a team in the same sense that American high schools do.
The more interesting question is Kiplimo vs a relay composed of NAU top 4 guys over half marathon

You are right. Kiplimo, or maybe I should say Kandie given the OP, would still prevail in my opinion, even though the NAU 5K track prs would predict that the collegians would be out front.
