Sorry for my continuous post about my ever increasing weight, but I'll keep this brief.
I haven't been weighed since August. I was 127-131. I've been ~130 for like 3 years.
I just stepped on the scale after dinner (I know, I know it's not accurate), and I weighed 136/137. I know in the morning I'll be 1-2 lbs less, but this is terrible. I know dining hall food is crappy but this means I'm 5 pounds away from being considered overweight. I'm 5'3' for the record, not 5'10.
my clothes still fit but I mean yeah the other day I was doing work and my stomach was bulging big time. I keep trying to eat healthy but it seems like nothing works and my cravings get the best of me or there are no good options. I end up going to bed super late which sucks too because then I snack before bed. I'm honestly so close to just fasting this weekend and then slowly introducing food back in. This is so freaking annoying. I'm always gaining weight.
Please help me lose 10-15 lbs before track!
