That's impressive, especially as a lot of 82 year olds aren't able to even get out of a chair. Not losing ability in the first place seems the most important.

that's pretty awesome. i was 100% expecting a 3 step stay down drill type vault. which would still be something to see from an 82 year old!
I've officiated some masters meets and 9'1" is a pretty impressive height for anyone over 50.
It isn't just the pole vaulting, he runs well too! Truly an inspiration for everyone, as we all strive for that glide path in our later years.
I'm most impressed by his rope drill, right at the end of this segment.
