ACCs this Friday:
Will Notre Dame run a full team?
Can Florida State or UNC compete with a depleted Notre Dame squad?
Will Tuddy lead a battered UVA team to South Bend in shape to compete?
Is Wake Forrest ready to go?
What's up with NC state?

Who is Tuddy? Coach? Trevor Dunbar? Nobody named Tuddy I’ve heard of
Hear UNC is a bit shaky right now.......but UVA might be worse with Dunbar (tuddy) taking the helm. Where's mountain at? The best guy isn't even racing???
Think ND will breeze away with this one.
And what the hell happened in Syracuse? Once Fox left that place imploded.
Has this Tuddy guy taken over the UVA program? What happened to Vin? I think he’s still running the show?
Can UNC compete? Looking better than Syracuse for sure. Parker Wolfe has been incredible. A true spectacle!
John Hayes has the DemonDeacons looking sharp as a blade. He might be in the running for the best coach in the NCAA outside of Smith. Talks he might have his own group in a decade or so. Wake is ready to TAKE!
ChrisMiltsPillow11,
How is the weather in northern NY?
Wake has run one race and they looked average at best
1: ND
2: UNC
3: Wake
4: FSU
5: Cuse
6: NC State
7: Duke
8: Pitt
9: VT
10: Louisville
11: Virginia
12: G Tech
UVA will not be that far back. They have a lot of great athletes. Have they been hiding them or are they injured? Not sure why you would be hiding them though.
Wake Forest did not look good at FSU. They had 2-3 solid runners and nothing after that. FSU will not lose to Wake Forest. I also think Syracuse is higher than 5th. Your rankings are good but I would put FSU and Cuse ahead of Wake Forest. Second place is between UNC, FSU and Syracuse with UNC probably being the best of the 3. Even if UVA has a bad day they are still up around 5-7. If they solve their problems they could be second. ND with the easy win though on their home course.
Duke should also beat NC State. They will pack their whole top 5 within 10-15 seconds of each other.
For those with access to ACC Network it will be televised
Florida state is the most overrated team in the acc by far. Wake hasn’t done sh!t this season UNC over duke and everyone else by a million. Hot take VT gets top 5.

Women’s team is ranked #1 regionally and #16 nationally
Also men's squad has won an ACC title since Fox left, in 2019.
Ian Rankin and Thomas Radcliffe would be title contenders if this was last year but I think they both graduated?
Considering that, I'd say:
1. Adrian Wildschuut, Fla St
2. Dylan Jacobs, Notre Dame
3. Joe Dragon, Syracuse
4. Yared Nugusse, Nore Dame
5. Matthew Carmody, Notre Dame
6. Ahmed Muhammed, Fla St
7. Danny Kilrea, Notre Dame
8. Adrian Tooker, Syracuse
9. Zach Facioni, Wake Forest
10. Alfred Kosgei, Louisville
11. Parker Wolfe, UNC
12. Shadrack Kipkosgei, Louisville
13. Ian Biwiott, Louisville
14. Notre Dame's #5
15. Virginia Tech
I have no idea what the UVA or Va Tech rosters are so it's hard for me to make a good prediction
1. Dion Marquise Hayes, Ball So Hard University

Defending ACC indoor 5k champ, Antonio Lopez Segura should be in the mix.
