wow!
wow!
The 400m hurdles record wasn't worth 44
wow
This is a great wr though I thought rai would win in 46.2 but warholm was too good.
amazing x 3
That might be the best race ever.
I'm stunned.
Black page right?
That performance definitely rivals Bob Beamon's long jump world record in Mexico City. I still think Beamon's was better but this has to be #2.
Beamon broke the LJ record by 21 inches; Warholm breaks the 400H by 0.76

Gotta be. In the midst of a world health crisis, the two greatest of all time meet in an Olympic final and push each other to shatter a long standing WR on the greatest stage in the sport. This is the kind of performance that carries shock waves.

Equivalent to Bolt’s 9.58. In fact, if you look at the combined events scoring tables, this race gets the exact same score as Bolt’s best race when you account for wind. This race is equivalent to a 9.62 100 meters in the scoring. Bolt’s 9.58 is also considered a 9.62 after the wind conversion.

That was 2012 London 800m on steroids. that 800 would need to be like 1 second faster per runner to compete with this 400h race.

Rudisha is a legend and the greatest 800m athlete ever but this 400mH was better.
Best track race in the history of mankind

No. Beamon had altitude and max 2.0m p/s wind.
This was like 42.94 open 400m should be and is right around 3 seconds difference. Equal to Bolt's 200m WR
