Form 2?????
Not good. Not looking good at all for him. That's worse than an Epstein and almost a Polanski.
15 gets you 50 in Kenya.
What's form 2? Google provides some contradictory results.
Is that the US equivalent of 8th grade? Or 3rd grade?
Seems he was in trouble 3 years ago as well...
"A woman has sued world 3,000m steeplechase champion Conseslus Kipruto for child neglect.
The woman says she is a 20-year-old orphan
from Mosoriot in Nandi county.
Kipruto's home is within Mosoriot area.
She went to a children's court in Eldoret on Tuesday seeking Sh50,000 every month for upkeep.
The complainant claims she cohabited with Kipruto between 2015 and 2016, that they had a boy
but differed later and that
he has cut all communication with her."

Form two is second year in middle school - in Commonwealth countries that is the final year before high school. So I would guess that is around the ages of 11-12.
Yikes

If he argues that the child is a runner, they might more accurately age the child at about 16 or 17. Someone call his lawyer.
Form 2 in Kenya would be about the same as the 10th grade in the USA. A student in Form 2 would be about age 15-16.

But if they decide she isn't a runner and really is 12 years old, and then as a Kenyan runner he is likely at least 35 years old...
Still, at least he hasn't left her a teenage single mother, unlike Kiprop.
https://www.standardmedia.co.ke/entertainment/sports/2000139299/did-asbel-kiprop-impregnate-16-year-old-junior-world-champThis is a tragic situation for this incredible runner. It seems the family is targeting him maybe to get money. In Kenya they always go on about girls being “defiled” by different men and the laws are somewhat reminiscent of the laws back in Victorian times when the British were ruling in Kenya.
Not saying that what he did was right but what I’m saying is that there are a lot of cases which are allegations only and which are done for economic gain by the families especially if the runner in question is famous like this guy.
Remember, Asbel Kiprop was also accused of the same crime sometime ago but was able to show that the relationship was not based on the original charges.
The irony of all this is that many ordinary Kenyan men married girls who are under the age of 18 without any problems so these cases are really highlighted because the person involved is famous and money and corruption are often involved. Furthermore, if a runner in Kenya is famous everybody knows he has money and the girls and other people will come flocking like flies. Allegations can follow. He needs a good lawyer or attorney and we wish him luck in his endeavors to fight these charges if appropriate.
According to the World Bank, in Kenya, "39.4% of teenagers aged 15-19 have already
given birth once (2003)."
Form 2 is 10th grade in the American system. You do 8 years in primary school then 4 years in secondary school. You refer to the classes as class 1, class 2, class 3...etc up until 8 and then you say from 1, form 2... up until form 4. So typically a from 2 student would be 15-17 years but in rural areas they may be 17-20+ years.
Why not just give the age? People get put back etc it's meaningless.
its a sophomore in high school it can range from anywhere 14 to 18 years or more given its rural student
Man made 'Rules and Regulation' about what is right and wrong has literally destroyed the World.

Thats true only in the big cities. In a rural area, a form 2 student is often 18 or 19. Still a a bad look for Conseslus , making a school girl elope.

That's an amazing statistic, especially considering that roughly half of the teenagers would be male.

Well maybe if any good comes out of this affair the girl will give birth to the Kenyan Olympic steeplechase champion for for 2042.
The form category is not consistent across all nations and does not exactly map to grade. I think in Kenya, it usually means 10th grade, which means the victim could be 15 or 16. I think 16 is legal in all Africa countries and most of the rest of the world for that matter outside of the USA. Even If the victim is 15, if she does not have the equivalent of a birth certificate the parent will say she is 25 if the money is right.
Bad stick figure! Bad!
