This Sally person doesn’t like me. She called me a liberal. Then she accused me of posting protocol violations.
But she never addressed how President Trump went all bananas on Piers Morgan. I’m hearing he really flipped his lid — wiggity wiggity muck muck type stuff. Totally lost it. Just blew up like a port-o-potty at a summer chili cook-off. But Nooooo, we won’t hear any comments on that from precious Sally Vix. She’s to busy besmirching my name and labeling me a goddam liberal.
We live in a 2 party system. Currently, Trump runs the Republicans and the radical left runs the Democrats. You're either a Trumper or you're a radical leftist. That's the choice whether you're clever enough to realize it or not.
quick name some radical left laws passed by the Dems since biden was elected
Pretty much everyone of their posts on this page focuses on Trump. After all these years they are still deranged with Trump. Kind of sad how he affects them like he does.
Jesus f’ing Christ Sally Vix, we’re talking about three measly posts about one single interview. You’d think I spent ten goddam pages talking about it over several weeks. Sheesh. Go a little easy on the exaggerated criticism, for Chrissakes. Good grief, what next? Get out the friggin lynch mob and string me up? it was three simple posts, Sally. Three garden-variety posts, and you’re pretending that I threw a spazz-fit like Trump did on Piers Morgan. I mean WTF, Sally Vix?!?!? Jesus Christ.
It's not the number of posts. I encourage you to post about Trump as much as you want as long as you do it in the correct thread. Here's the link again:

Who you got, the bikers or the liberal whiners? I'm thinking the bikers in a landslide.LRC Note: This thread was inititially titled, "Official LRC President Donald J Trump Inauguration Thread " and is the thread to discuss/...
So I'm a little disappointed that nobody wanted to discuss what Yishan actually said.
I'll summarize my take on it. As former CEO of Reddit, Yishan knows more about this subject than anyone else except the people who actually made the decision at Twitter. He knows what he is talking about.
1. Twitter banned Trump to protect its own interests. This should be obvious, but most people don't think much about what Twitter's own interests really are.
They did it because his actions on the platform threaten the integrity of the platform.
2. Hey Trumpers, it had nothing to do with Trump's politics. If that were the case they would have banned him much earlier.
Tech platforms did not ban Trump because they disagree with his politics. If that were the reason, they would have done it already: he’s been pretty clear about his politics for years.
3. Hey liberals, it had nothing to do with Trump inciting insurrection. At least not directly. Twitter doesn't care about an insurrection as long as it doesn't affect Twitter. Twitter cares first and foremost about survival. It was the possibility that the insurrection might succeed that worried Twitter.
Its system of laws and freedoms is what allows tech, especially social media platforms, to grow and thrive: they were responding to an immediate, existential threat.
4. Trump was not banned because Trump violated Twitter's rules. Trump had already violated the terms of service many times. Twitter kept Trump on the platform because Trump was a cash cow, driving eyeballs to advertisers.
An exception to the rules will ALWAYS eventually occur, no matter how universal or all-encompassing you think your rules or principles are.
Again, Twitter was protecting its own interests. At the time Trump was banned, it was not clear at all if the insurrection would succeed. And that's what worried Twitter the most.
Given Trump's attitude toward the free press ("enemy of the people"), and libel laws ("we're gonna open up the libel laws"), Twitter was in danger if the insurrection succeeded. Trump would be more powerful than ever. And platforms like Twitter don't last long under autocratic rule. That's why Twitter is banned in China. Twitter knows this all too well.
This was an Omega Event, where the Constitution was literally about to be violated. It was act or die. Tech companies don't thrive in countries where the loser of an election can take power through a coup.
Let me offer a framework for thinking about things like this, something called an “Omega Event.”
It was first described to me by Erik Martin, one of Reddit's first community managers:
interesting that the only people who want trump not mentioned on this thread are Republicans. Maybe something has changed and Republicans are now deeply embarrassed by their party leader. That would be good.
We live in a 2 party system. Currently, Trump runs the Republicans and the radical left runs the Democrats. You're either a Trumper or you're a radical leftist. That's the choice whether you're clever enough to realize it or not.
The media you consume has convinced you that Democrats are run by the radical left.
I only wish that were true.
They are. This just means you're left of AOC. At least she has the excuse of being too stupid to know any better...

This is the Joe Biden thread. How many posts about Joe Biden have you made? I don't see any.
I told you, Clown Res, that I’m cross-pollinating. I specifically explained it to you. Its a posting skill, being able to spread quality information across multiple platforms. That’s what quality posting is about.
What did you think about Donald John Trump (45)’s blow out? I mean he just spazzed out bad. Jesus Christ. Like some irresistible impulse enveloped all his sense of reality. You know? Whacky stuff. Whack whack = quack quack.
I don’t want to hear another word from you Clown Res, or from Sally Vix, regarding this alleged “Trump thread.”

I'm not going to respond to that because this is the incorrect thread to do so. The correct thread is the Trump thread, which is here:

Every interview with Trump should be like this. Press him on the Big Lie, make him sweat and freak. Trump can't face the press and runs away like a scared toddler when confronted with his lies.
HOLY SHLIT. They edited that Trump interview to make it look like he stormed off - but Trump just released the real audio and it was actually a long, friendly interview
Trump just had a meltdown on his Piers Morgan interview. Yowsa! He doesn't like to be called out on the big lie. He looks like a basted and broasted orange rotisserie chicken.

The former president’s communications director released audio that shows reports that Trump had stormed off in response to questions about his election claims were inaccurate.

reminder that the US economy is far outpacing its peers during the post-covid recovery.
For this....trumpers claim Biden is the worst president in history.
They probably also think the US has lost jobs over the last year and that the deficit is growing and there is CRT in Florida math textbooks.
Due to our strong labor market recovery, rising labor force participation, strong household balance sheets, and business investments in the United States, our economy is uniquely well-positioned to deal with global economic and geopolitical risks from a position of strength. pic.twitter.com/oPWzIPNf1I
So you are saying that someone edited a video to make Trump look bad?
I'm shocked!!!
And I'm sure nobody would ever do that to Biden.
It's amazing how you all fall for this stuff.
note that the edits were done on a network controlled by the same guy who owns fox news. It's true that we should have figured out that video coming out of a Murdoch operation was phonied up. You trumpists should also disregard video coming out of the Fox News family. Deal?
