I said there were more Covid deaths in 2021 than in 2020. Is that not true?
It's not relevant. Trump handed Biden the most deadly time in the pandemic. It took some time for vaccines and the end of delta to get the death toll down. But when the death toll did start to come down, we saw a rise in inflation.
How did we get Covid under more control? We didn't even have the vaccines until late 2020 and Trump handed Biden the vaccines.
Now THAT is a fair question. A question from an ignorant question-asker, but this is how ignorant people CAN learn.
1) Biden is the lucky beneficiary of the timing of vaccines being available (also coming in during a recession...a situation that can only get better...and it has gotten better), a bunch of moron anti-vaxxers dying, and less lethal variants. To be fair to Biden though, he DID prioritize getting shots into arms, so he DOES actually get credit for that.
2) Inflation HAS gone up since Biden took office. Has nothing to do with his policies. It's all pandemic-caused (which again led to supply chain issues and pent-up consumer demand). Consumers feel comfortable spending money because their jobs are pretty solid today with more out there on the job tree if they lose the one they have. So, as a result, people will buy what they want with next to no caring about the cost. This is why a house in my neighborhood just sold for $80,000+ over asking price, and asking price was what the estimated value was.
3) What you say about voters is CORRECT! Voters as a group always blame the current administration and their policies for anything bad. This is because voters as a group are morons and don't understand cause and effect (as you don't).

Read it. Absorb it. Learn it.
Well said.
Thank you...and what you said was well said also. Actually it was LITERALLY "Well said."
Speaking of being wrong, I said I bought a new car in fall of 2022. That was obviously wrong. I bought it in fall of 2021 (it is a 2022, but I bought it in fall 2021).
So, I was wrong. For that, I apologize unreservedly.
When Biden became president, the pandemic was still raging strong. Then we rolled out vaccines, delta ran its course, and we got covid more under control. That spurred demand at a time when supply chain was really tight. That's how inflation got to where we are now.
How did we get Covid under more control? We didn't even have the vaccines until late 2020 and Trump handed Biden the vaccines. Even with the vaccines handed to him, more people died in 2021 then in 2020. Biden managed to f8ck that up as he does everything. Inflation has skyrocketed since Biden took office and the American voters know damn well that that is the truth.
Spending money like it was going out of style paying people to stay home occurred all over the globe. Only a complete moron would think the US can just print TRILLIONS of dollars with no impact on inflation.
You were born dumb and you'll die dumb. I don't have any delusions about you being cured of your mental deficiency by anything I say. You're a cultist.
I didn't say it had NO impact on inflation. It is not the cause of the high inflation we have...not even close. The cause is the pandemic which affected the supply chain and caused pent-up demand for goods and services. Also, you are disingenuous in talking of printing "trillions" of dollars. For one thing, the indirect total here is $1.7-$1.9 trillion, so not "trillions" there. To get to "trillions", you have to include the money that was spent on vaccines, unemployment, schools, healthcare, and landlord relief. All of that was absolutely necessary to keep our economy from imploding, and even that orange POS was on board with most of that.
Dude, you are projecting with the cultist comment. Trumpism is a cult, and you are clearly in its grasp.
It is of zero consequence whether anyone thinks the spending was "necessary".
$1.5 trillion was literally mailed to Americans in just the first 3 stimulus checks. Your numbers are laughably low.
Biden just passed a $6 TRILLION budget. We will have a $2 TRILLION deficit this year alone.
You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.
1) For a very long time, Democrats have wanted to make it very easy to vote, because they know or suspect that it will be better for them.
2) If fraud exists in any substantial way, it probably makes sense to not make it TOO easy - e.g., voter ID.
3) This conservative always found it way too whiny for Democrats to oppose voter ID so strenuously, because.....well, a citizen putting a little effort into getting an ID in order to do their most important civic duty - and absolutely minimize the chances of fraud - didn't seem too much to ask....at all. ONE fraudulent vote nullifies my one paltry vote (and yes, I'm smarter and more informed and more ethical, and more principled than most Americans), and I don't like that.
4) HOWEVER, and it's a BIG however, my understanding is that no substantial fraud has ever been tied to lack of voter ID. That's a pretty deadly fact for those insisting on voter ID.
5) Moroever, one of the two parties has now COMPLETELY and massively eclipsed the "best for us" anti-voter ID pushes of the Democrats by becoming, CLEARLY AND COMPLETELY, the party of stealing elections. Their leader CLEARLY tried to do it, and he's still their leader. CRYSTAL, m-f***** clear.
6) So, Rs/Trumpers, when Americans don't trust your intentions regarding voting, that 100% makes sense. Lie in the bed you made, and quit whining. Don't like it? FINALLY see through the massive orange glare. It's REALLY easy. But you won't. Because you're unprincipled morans.
Less than one week after Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams made inflammatory claims in her State of the Union response about an epidemic of “voter suppression” jeopardizing the character of our nation, the National Bureau of Eco...
Democrats and the media ignore voting regulations in Europe because no one would take seriously their claims that all these countries are anti-democratic.
Americans widely favor each of six proposals designed to limit greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change. Support ranges from 59% in favor of spending federal money for building more electric vehicle charging stations in the U.S. up to 89% for providing tax credits to Americans who install clean energy systems in their homes.

A more clever person would understand that the average American is more capable of figuring out how inflation is impacting their personal budget than they are capable of deciphering the political nonsense of climate change.
There is only 1 reason to refuse to clean up voter rolls.

You idiots have even lost Al Sharpton... LOL!
"MSNBC host Al Sharpton on Monday slammed the approach by Washington, D.C. "elites" and "limousine liberals" in reacting to the rising crime gripping cities across the U.S., declaring those that ignored the problem "don't live in the real world." […] "They’re losing people of color because they really don’t get the people of color’s life. If you are living in a city, in a neighbor, that is inundated with crime, and you act like that’s not an issue you've already lost me. That is an issue," Sharpton said. "You cannot ignore when 12-year-old kids who is somebody’s niece and neighbor is killed, and you act like that's a nonissue because you're too elitist to live on the ground." "We don’t want to be manipulated by right-wing elitist billionaires or by left-wing guys that don’t understand our life on the ground that is living in fear of crime, that is living as a result of inflation that is killing us in many parts of the country. We need gas to go to work," he said. "These beltway elitists, these limousine liberals here in New York, don’t live in the real world and Blacks have to, and browns have to deal with the real world every day, and we don’t sit in crowded subways reading left-wing or right-wing propaganda," he added."

The guys grumbled about crime and cancel culture, and generally seemed to long for a better time when — there's no other way to put this — America was great. Nobody thought that racism or sexism is much of a problem in the 21st century. They did think that men don't have it so great these days, though. One offered up action star Jason Statham as his model of masculinity.

All those are good proposals, but I'm not sure we really need the EV tax credit any more. EV popularity is soaring and automakers can't keep up with orders for EVs as it is. So we don't need government incentives for Americans to buy a product they already want.
It would do more for the climate to take that money and put it into more projects that promote sustainable agriculture or modernize the grid. Plus we need a lot more research into carbon capture and storage.
