On the one hand, I understand the need to shorten the labels for events/issues. Watergate, Lewinsky, Iran-Conta, Afghanistan, Iraq, Obamacare, Exxon-Valdez, Sandy Hook, etc., etc., etc.
But at least in most or all of those cases, one imagines that there is some non-tiny fraction of Americans who have at least some ROUGH idea of the associated event/issue.
But, "Hunter Biden's Laptop" ???
It's not bad that he just had one, right? OK. So, there's bad stuff in it? OK. That says what?
Now, I haven't followed this story pretty much at all, because the Trumpers who love it FULLY earned their ZERO credibility level (you lie in the bed you make, morans). But I do also hope that MSM journalists haven't purposely downplayed any legitimate concerns it might raise.
Regardless, I'm pretty sure that if I went to Trump rally, WAY too many Trumpers would be absolutely incensed by "Hunter's Laptop," and very few of them would actually know what was supposed to be ON "Hunter's Laptop."
