Oh, this looks exciting. Two Kenyans and an Ethiopian. Who will it be?

Edris looks like he's getting tired, almost fell on that last turn
derrick is running great, he's caught one of the ethiopians already. moving his way through the field quite well.
I think Edris looks ok, he's covering every move. Kipsang (Kamworor looks tired). Karoki looks good too (I hate that they're listing/calling him Muchiri ... that's not what he goes by the rest of the year ... Kenyans need to pick 2 names and stick to them rather than changing the last name every time.)
Derrick 26th
interesting about how even the first lap splits were, as they were flat out sprinting at the start. now the 4th lap, also 5:30. amazing, considering how the kenyans seem to be surging a lot, the lap times are metronomical
22nd, 66 seconds back. He'll be lucky to be top 15.

don't count him out yet. he keeps matching the kenyan surges

Top 3 what, 10 seconds ahead? At least
Rojo says Derrick is 22nd and wouldn't be surprised if he gets 15th by the time it's all said and done.
31st - Brett Robinson of Australia
39th - Smyth
40 - Curtis
41 - Vail
53 - Korolev ... doesn't look good
Also I hope I didn't jynx Edris who's off a bit. (Knock on wood.)
Lotta chinks showing. Lotta daylight,
5:52 last lap
I see what you did there.
28:50 at 10k for leading 3. pretty fast
Ok a lap to go:
Kipsang and Karoki working together to try and pull away from Edris who is trying to shrink that gap.
Gebrhiwet in 4th.
15th 1:06 back, impossible now. 15th good final spot prediction imo
Edris looks done now
Looks like a race between Karoki (Muchiri) and Kipsang (Kamworor) now.
I'd say Karoki looks better.
1/2 lap to go, edris is broken, it's down to these two now. kenya will will win individual, but ethiopia prob take the team
