That's because I am female and I while I love these Android vs iOS threads I simply pointed out that a guy making an argument of the quality of the camera on your phone was kinda, you know....not real masculine. It would appear that neither of us are real men. Only boys contribute to threads regarding their phone.
My teenage son, a tech geek, convinced me to get a Moto X. It's a great phone. Android apps are way, way better than Apple. I don't understand why so many people pay hundreds of dollars more for an iPhone for an inferior product.
One of my favorite Android reviewers just posted a review for the iPhone 6, its going to be a little biased being an Android website but I think he brings an interesting perspective to this debate.

No, you're too immature to be a female. You're a childish guy.
Okay, you got me. I am a male. I love to troll the forums.

I use apple only because my wife switched our entire household over years ago when we got married. It's simple to have my business, kid's iPad's and phones all on the same operating system. No matter where I am nor what devise I have in my hand I have full access to my business, children and wife.
I wouldn't say Apple is better, just that's what we use. It would cost a fortune to switch back to Micro now as we would have to replace everything.

You know that's 100% false right? Mark zuckerberg was quoted as having to force his employees to use droids because the app was so horrible because nobody cared about it. It's pretty common, webtraffic and mobile revenue is dominated by. iphone which is why they focus on the iPhone first and the most. It's a proven fact that iPhone apps are better because the developers focus on them most.

Its comments like this that proves your are a liar or a moron. You can make a lot of arguments for an android but when you say the apps are better than apple then you are definitely FOS. How many websites do you see that says "Our app is now available for iPhone". I will answer that....none. Apps are first made for iPhone and then after a while the programmers get around to making an android app.
Go back a read what you wrote and translate it for us bonehead.
It means, dearest brother, that the troll he responded to is FOS!

I understood it. Pretty straight forward. App developers develope for Apple first because that's where the money is and its not fragmented running on 8 different versions at large quantities.

The Apple fanboi club really is made up of 16-year-old kids. LOL Here are some facts.
-Both iOS & Android have over a million apps. What is the Apple fanboi club going to do? Claim to have a million and 40 apps? Well congratulations for that meaningless feat. There was an article this summer about how app availability is a a thing of the past. The majority of users have their core apps and are not interested in downloading new or additional apps. Here is a pro tip for the Apple fanboi club. Save the app debate for when you get in an argument with the Blackberry users. LOL
-Androids are far more customizable.
-Android users can actually have a say in the matter & use a 3rd party, unlike iPhone suckers.
-The overall level of polish of Android exceeds iPhones, & Android is better integrated with other services such as gmail or google maps. You know, sites that users actually use.
- Oh, and should I remind you that Android has approximately 80% OF THE MARKET SHARE.

Let me educate you high school diploma boy.
1) android does not have 80% of the high end phone market. It has many low end FORKED phones in China and 3rd world countries. In the USA IOS is around 40+ % and probably over 5
0% by the time the iphone 6 roll out is done. Having a bunch of droid forked phones doesn't mean anything
2) it's not about having more apps between Apple and droid anymore, it's quality. Droids have inferior apps. All the data proves a HUGE majority of online shopping snf expenditure comes from iphones and iPads. This is why developers focus first and foremost on iphones. They also don't have to develope for 7 different versions of droid. After a few months almost everyone on IOS upgrades unlike a Samsung where you might get it a year after its released. Massive fragmentation and low income/intelligence owners make app development for Droids second to Iphones (not being mean those are demographical facts)
3) at this point Apple maps is basically on par and used by almost half of America
4) better integrated overall? Um no
5) worse benchmarks all around
6) tell me how you benefit from customizing. You can't because you don't.
Who the F roots their phone and customizes to a point that you have such a unique experience? Pretty much no one.
Use whatever phone you want. I can give you benchmark and ancedotal evidence to make whatever case you want to make with either phone. The only reason why this is such a debate is because there are only two choices when it comes to smartphones (windows doesn't count). If there were hundreds of choices like there are for cars there wouldn't be an argument. No one is going to get on a message board and make an argument why a Subaru Forester is the end all greatest car for every segment of society....but they will with a god damned phone.

Doesn't make since to me, I get the whole "cool" appeal but I would still think people would buy a better quality phone that is cheaper over a phone that is cool to have that is expensive. I just picked up the new Moto X and this thing is amazing, it has so many features that the iPhone doesn't have and it's much cheaper. I just don't get it.
1) My iPhone was free.
2) I really don't care enough to worry about whether I am getting the best possible phone. I want to be able to make/receive calls, send/receive texts, browse the web, and download/listen to music. I can do all of these things on my iPhone, and I really just don't care enough about my phone to research the topic to find something marginally better. Phones just aren't that important to me.
